1. Paid Services
Sevak Matrimony offers premium features and paid memberships to enhance the user experience. Payments for these services are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made for premium memberships, subscriptions, or paid features are non-refundable.
- Once a payment is processed, we cannot cancel, refund, or transfer the subscription under any circumstances, including:
- Failure to find a suitable match.
- Inactivity or discontinuation of use.
- Account suspension/termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

Payment deducted but service not activated within 72 hours.
In such cases, please email us at support@sevakmatrimony.com with proof of payment. Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
4. Service Validity

Premium services are valid only for the duration of the selected plan.

Once the subscription expires, you will need to renew it to continue accessing paid features.

Vihaanshika Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
