1. Paid Services

Sevak Matrimony offers premium features and paid memberships to enhance the user experience. Payments for these services are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments made for premium memberships, subscriptions, or paid features are non-refundable.
• Once a payment is processed, we cannot cancel, refund, or transfer the subscription under any circumstances, including:
• Failure to find a suitable match.
• Inactivity or discontinuation of use.
• Account suspension/termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• Payment deducted but service not activated within 72 hours.

In such cases, please email us at support@sevakmatrimony.com with proof of payment. Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Service Validity

• Premium services are valid only for the duration of the selected plan.

• Once the subscription expires, you will need to renew it to continue accessing paid features.

5. Changes to this Policy

Vihaanshika Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
